yes , spending a lot of time in the workspace in the evenings, I ordered a new grinder by Der Kleine Messerladen, should be delivered last week of February, so then I will be even more time spending behind the grinder....

Wie sind deine Erfahrungen bei den Messern aus 1.2510 mit und ohne Beschichtung bezüglich Rost?

I have used the knife almost every day, every weekend for sure and no rust, offcourse I am looking after my blades...so, when finished with knife jobs , I strop the edge, clean the knife and give it a few wipes with tufcloth.marine.
Never had any rust, yet.
